Liberty is a ****

Liberty is the biggest **** in the world. My mother had a policy which was capital alliance then it became Liberty. The premium where paid in full up until my mom passed away. When we tried to put a claim they said it was cancelled in 2018. That is ******* no one cancelled it and you can't even provide proof. We even got an email in 2021 from Liberty saying it was still active so how was it cancelled in 2018. Liberty want to keep the Money and not pay out. Liberty has no respect for people when they have died
