LIBERTY INSURANCE FARCE!!

I have been a loyal Liberty client for over 10 years. In 2024, I was diagnosed with a BCC (Basal Cell Carcinoma) and underwent surgery, which included a skin flap procedure. The same situation occurred again in 2025 — same diagnosis, same treatment — yet this time Liberty denied my claim, offering excuses that are completely unreasonable. My doctor confirmed that this was actually a more aggressive cancer, yet Liberty used that very fact as their reason for not paying. I contribute over R10,000 per month in premiums and their lack of care and accountability is deeply disappointing. Think twice before insuring with Liberty.
