Liberty insurance

For those who want to take out insurance - please dont take it with Liberty. My father passed away in 2022 and liberty was notified immediately about hes passing. With the first policy we received the payout two months prior to his death. There did not mention he still had an another opening policy with them - likely my dad had a broker and their informed us that they is still an outstanding policy. We tried contacting liberty and received response 4 MONTHS LATER!!! in April. All the necessary documents were sent within a week but we only received feedback 2 MONTHS LATER (June 2023). How ridiculous!!! The feedback was that there did not receive any documents- we resent the same email that was sent in April!!! And all of sudden there have received all outstanding documentation!!! Its been TWO WEEKS with no feedback or communication whatsoever!!! From my experience liberty is the worst insurance company ive ever dealt with!!! The WORST!!!
