Liberty insurance a ****

I lodged a death claim on Monday till today I have not received the payout after I was promised that it will be paid in 48 hrs. Is it then worth it to continue with Liberty insurances. It's a pity that I also have a life cover with them. I wish someone's would have told me. I'm frustrated as the funeral is on Saturday.
