Liberty Income Protector

Dear Liberty

We as Independent Brokers can confirm that the service levels of Liberty is absolutely poor. We have submit a claim for a client which broke both of this ankles and is temporarily disabled and unable to get into his car and have the ability to work. The claim which we submit was for a Income Protector.

We have submit all supporting documentation which also include an accident, operation and rehabilitation report from his treating doctor. The client also confirmed his income with Liberty.

Liberty requirement to the client is that an auditor need to confirm on his letterhead when he will start to work again. The auditor also need to submit a IT34 for 2019?????? The tax season on 2019 is not even open as yet? They do not recognise that the client actually had an accident and were not able to work for March, April, May .....

We have emailed Liberty a numerous times but with now response at all.

This makes you think.... You've got Liberty Income Protector cover in place....but if you brake both your ankles and is unable to work and you've got proof that you earned a salary Liberty is not interested what happened....They want to know when you will start to work again but did not even paid you anything.
