liberty IGNORES Clients emails & tries to BULLy Clients into liberty's NARROW Minded practices

After numerous, emails to liberty life, requesting for their banking details, without any replies. liberty, then notifies me the policy has lasped ( still NO info on queries received ). And sanlam's, request for a medical questionaire to be completed due to their fault, of NON replying to my query for banking details & the Refernce on payment.

Just UTTER, TERRIBLE, VICIMISING & BAD service, from liberty & even the replying consultants, for just trying to apply a ONE SIDED, narrow minded method, an thus trying to DE***** clients, with sanlam's CHEAP SCHEMES & TERRIBLE NARROW minded service!
