LIBERTY I WANT MY MONEY!!

I curse the day I joined liberty, I curse it!!! Joined liberty last year around August2023, did an investment and funeral policy.. was still under contract. 2024 I get changed to permanent still under the same company, from Jan till date liberty has not been deducting their money from my persal. The lady that was handling my policies did absolutely nothing to follow it up, mind you through these whole months seeing that my policies are a problem I asked her to change it to debiting from my bank so I don’t get to lose anything. I see that she’s still not helping and I have to keep running after her to try sort this out I manage to only cancel my investment and luckily I got all my money back. Recently found out that my funeral policy lapsed as if it was all my fault that it happened that way and unfortunately It is said I cannot get my money back… and the lady who assisted me is sejabaledi Ngobeni, I wish I knew which liberty company she comes from so I can name and shame them.. got this lady from a colleague and I regret every decision In me.. Liberty I want my money!!! If it was my fault that it lapsed I would have understood wouldn’t come here to complain but everything started well and ended sour.. I want my money Liberty.
