Liberty long term insurance are not there for us as they should be and as their slogan says . My fiance had a stroke in Jan 2022, and they are not seeing the impact this has made on her .She cant speak, write nor see properly, but according to liberty we must take her to a speech the****** in order for them to approve her disablility claim . Nothing about the fact that she cant read nor write. According to their medical panel she is fit for working in the construction industry . How is this fit for work ? She has her own company that has not generated income since her stroke , and after 9 months..... she still has to have money for the******s..... And dont try to contact them as the call centre cant ever assist you
