"Liberty Group South Africa: The WORST, MOST AWFUL, ***********, ******** Financial company in the Country and in the WORLD".

Liberty Group South Africa is the worst, most awful and horrible, ***********, careless and ******** financial company I have ever experienced, because of how they have treated me and my family!

It has truly been a traumatizing nightmare experience for me and my family from the start, and I have been waiting on Liberty to help us for nearly 2 years with no help, not even a meeting which they have refused!

This tragic experience has degraded my health severely and created a stressful situation for me for almost 2 years now, and for my family. Liberty has never invited us for a meeting with Liberty Legal, the financial advisor who cheated and **** to us and the ombudsman to settle the issues surrounding what had happened and what the financial advisor actually did.

And it would take over 100 written pages or more to explain the full history and exactly what had happened, to explain in detail my experiences with Liberty that have been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. My financial advisor from Liberty **** to me straight in our faces every time we met and spoke.

The Liberty financial investor invested our investment the way he wanted to invest it for his own benefits, t serve him long term and completely ignored the detailed instructions that was discussed with him from the very beginning, he acknowledged everything and we trusted him and then he did the worst thing imaginable with our investment and kept it a secret from us for months until he was caught out.

I asked to have my investment invested to suit my needs and requirements, with explicit detail which was clear from the start should be "Money-Market" because they was no other option that would actually serve our needs, but that the time we knew nothing about how Liberty, yet the financial advisor assured us that he will do everything the right way and follow our instruction to the word! and that we had nothing to worry about, but instead, it was invested in global offs**** Evolve account for a period of 3 years that cannot be withdrawn unless you pay a penalty fine fee and lose the growth entirely of whatever period the money had been in there.

The Liberty financial investor put his own authority over us and took over, and invested the investment the way he wanted to, to suit his needs, and to take care of his long term money pot it would earn him and enjoy the benefits and forced us into this 3 year investment Evolve plan we never accepted or signed for at any given point in time!

He made sure we could not touch the money and just accept it and live ith it for 3 years and made all sorts of promises before the investment money was paid over, which was never for-filled. All lies and more and more lie on very meeting and manipulated us at every turn to sweet talk us into trusting him, telling us that we all just need to relax and have nothing to worry about, reassuring us that everything will be fine again and again.

Papers were sent to us by email to show us that we had agreed to that and signed but we have no record, no memory of ever doing that, so were papers given to sign and instructed us not to fill in anything? And left blank regarding the options, small the boxes to tick off and also written words on lines in the document which was not from us at all! It is obvious that he filled in those lines and ticked the boxes to suit his needs and not ours. The signed documents were sent to a forensic, who ever :they are" we have no idea and no proof that it was ever seen by any forensic team and I specifically instructed Liberty that those apparent signed documents must be sent to us by one of their representatives immediately. Yet they have never done so, and completely ignored it.

Deliberately ignored every email I sent to Liberty! And I sent Liberty Legal all the evidence, all of the communications between us and the Financial advisor, yet they had nothing to say about it. No process, no Liberty Legal team, no Liberty office meeting with everyone involved to get to the bottom of this, the truth!! No one helped us!!!

We have no memory, no knowledge of the documents sent to us by email, no memory that we have ever seen those papers with our own eyes which are signed and if we had seen those papers and signed those documents, then I would've looked at the document very clearly and have ticked the boxes myself which suits my needs. Yet all of the ticked boxes, done by another pen and the options in the boxes ticked were everything I would never in a million years have selected myself!

Yet these signed documents appeared, sent by email from Liberty and we demand Liberty legal to take this issue to the head of Liberty South Africa to setup a serious meeting between Liberty, us and the financial advisor, and everyone required to be there!! And to send those documents to us, to have those documents investigated by a forensics police officer person and not Liberty. Because we have lost all faith and all trust in Liberty completely.

The financial advisor disappeared an never wanted to speak to us or see us ever again, Liberty has failed us on so many levels and every time I tried to call Liberty to setup a meeting with Liberty, to get to the source of the problem, the root of the problem then everyone disappears so conveniently!!!! And to get it sorted out and fixed. Liberty neglected us completely and after many desperate attempts we finally managed to get in touch with people from Liberty who were willing to assist in the matter.

But they all ended up neglecting us again and again, never responded to my emails again. Never even answered a simple question and completely ignored all requests. But did respond to the other person part of the investment, other than myself, my family member, but I myself as the main investor "I have been completely ignored" and it is clear to see that the financial advisor turned everyone against me and it's clear to see that everyone at Liberty is protecting the financial advisor and they do not care about the actual client and investor at all and clearly eating up all of the lies.

Again and again I have tried to communicate with the person at Liberty who said will help me, but every time I tried to call, she was unavailable and impossible to reach. Every email has been ignored to this very day. Earlier last year they sent another financial advisor who just wanted to take over and make the money you see, and in the end dropped us completely because we did not want to take him as our financial advisor and he came with zero solutions, only promises that he would help and assist us but he never did and also disappeared and to make matters worse, he blocked my number. That's Liberty for you!

I have never been so disgraced in my life, and the terrible Evolve investment plan account which was FORCED upon me, utter misconduct from the financial advisor, that Evolve account lost money over the past two years and declined in value, and the last two years have been nothing but a nightmare. Liberty should've had the decency, the kind respect and be of assistance and help all of the time and have helped us through an easy process to resolve the problem, and have settled the matter as being misconduct from the advisor, have Libery should've taken the investment out of Evolve for us and have placed it all into the Money Market from the beginning!!

But no one wants to take the fall for this or loose their job, no one ants to take responsibility and do their job, No one wanted to meet with us, setup a meeting like a court meeting, to get everyone together to help us, to resolve the matter and to settle on a quick, easy and simple resolution. Liberty completely %#^&* us around!!!

And one more extremely irritating thing which makes liberty such a terrible company to begin with, i when calling the Liberty standard phone number 0860-456-789, it really is the most irritating and tedious idiotic line ever invented, making it near impossible to get hold of a Liberty representative , a living human being to speak to on the phone and a long dragged out voice system giving tons of options and nonsense for such a long time every $#*@&%^&*( time we call Liberty is a nightmare!!! that has wasted thousands of rands on airtime spent to try to reach somebody for help at Liberty and every time I did speak to someone, they said they will call me back, but they never do and I never hear from anybody again. It's as if they do not actually have the capacity to deal with an issue like this at all.

Liberty is the just awful, what they did to us is disgusting and dishonest, disrespectful and cruel. They have never once cared about any of my requests. They have never arranged a meeting to us regarding this problem and they never will because they don't care.

That is what I learned from Liberty and investing with Liberty, they don't care.

There has been absolutely no growth on my investment and I am taking my investment out of Liberty and will never ever recommend any human being in this country to ever make this awful mistake to invest with this terrible and *********** company.

I bet not even with this comment of my sad and awful experience with Liberty will they ever have the human decency and the respect to meet with us as their clients, upon our request.. why?

There is no help, no assistance, no boss of the company we can call and complain to, to ask for help.

Liberty in my eyes will forever be seen and remembered as the lying, backstabbing and ************* Company.

So my question is, where is Liberty to help their clients? Who are we supposed to speak to, and where are the CEO's of Liberty?

Biggest mistake we ever made in our lives was to trust Liberty and I will stand by this for the rest of my life!!

That horrible shameless lying financial advisor sweet talked us into investing with him as our financial advisor with Liberty, we should never have trusted him.
