Liberty Group service is appalling.

We have been asking a simple question about our policy since November 2025. We keep receiving either no or the incorrect information. Telephone numbers we have to call are never answered or we get sent in circles. We have still not received the information. We have been clients for more than 30 years and have invested a very large sum over the years. It has taken almost 3 months to just get our complete policy document sent to us. The level of service is absolutely atrocious.
