I have claimed my funeral policy number TMA09360 after 6months of waiting period of natural death benefit lapsed and have submitted my claim for one of my beneficiarydied. My funeral policy it was effective from Aug 31

I have sent claims documents and since then I have waiting for respond.

I have been taken from pilar to pillar promised of calls and SMS none of this has happened
