Liberty Group disappointing service

Hi there

I was saving funds into my Stash account and decided to withdraw the funds last year September. They were unfortunately withdrawn into my inactive card which was a mistake on my part. The account number is however still the same and the funds should therefore have bounced back as the card paid into was inactive. I reached out to the Liberty Group team and have explained the situation to them. I have not received the funds withdrawn. They then asked I send them my bank statement to prove that I did not receive the funds into my account, this I have done but have not been assisted for over two weeks. Their support team service is appalling. This is my hard-earned money and want help getting it back.
