liberty giving us a run around

my mother passed away 2015, we made a claim at liberty, and we figured everything will be paid the asked for all the documents and we submitted.9 years later we get an email to submit the same documents we submitted because they forgot to payout a claim so we do subsummit what we still have during the years and i had to go to the police station for 14 affidavit for everything missing during the years so we do all that but instead of paying out they keep saying something is missing and its taking forever they don't even follow-up.one claim that was meant to be claimed by my aunt and she sent an email telling them she didn't want the money, so they sent us an indemnity for to fill up and go the police station again to legalize the forms and we did that again but instead of paying that out they are asking us again to send forms of the person that was meant to claim and said she doesn't want to part of it. and I have to take time off work to go to the police station every time they want an affidavit
