Liberty Ghosting their clients
Not impressed with Liberty at all. No response to email requests, no confirmation of documents received in order, inadequate responses if received.

08 Oct 2024, 16:37Liberty really does not take clients serious. Issue is not how long payments take or even that there would be tax implications. The issue is not responding on emails that ask for confirmations of receipt. Please respond either way even it just says: " received" and ignoring a client twice in a two week period on the same issue once even after a complaint is not very professional.
