Liberty gap cover waste of money

Hi... I was hospitalised in early January this year due to a miscarriage.. I had to pay an amount of R2500 to the gynae before my dnc procedure. I was advised that gap cover Will reimburse.. it's now almost 6 months.. An they have used every excuse to not reimburse me.. first it was my med aid didn't pay out my bills that was the reason gap cover couldnt pay.. when I sent confirmation of all payments then they said my invoice isn't written out correctly n I need to get a new one from my gynae.. I did that n my broker mailed it to them.. I've been calling an emailing with no responses or simply that they will contact me.. All this knowing that if it passes the 6 month mark.. then I can't claim anymore. I'm paying R400 a month for this cover which is a *******... absolutely a waste of time and money.. pls anyone thinking of taking on liberty gap cover.. Don't.. they don't keep to their word n they don't like to pay out.
