Liberty funeral cover does not pay as they state. read this before commiting

Worse service ever. we lost our father on 18 July 2021 and all required Documents were submitted for the claim. Our father is still not buried because Liberty funeral cover has not assistant. Our father use to say if something bad happens we must call liberty. they said 48 hours they will pay and its more than 48 hours we still waiting. We all lost our jobs due to covid and we were depending on Liberty .
