Liberty Funeral Cover - does not adhere to the debit order dates as agreed on the contract.

<p>It has been 3 Months since i started to phone call and email Liberty funeral cover.,</p> <p>I took their Funeral cover insurence with them in 2015...</p> <p>we agreed that the debit order dates must be the 25-26st of everymonth.</p> <p>Some how a ghost in thier computers change the dates to be somewhere between the 18th - 25.</p> <p>there is almost 7 months in 2016 ,where i was debited at the bank and there was insufficiant mony on my account ,</p> <p>And the Bank penalised me R150 on each of those debits done on wrong dates.</p> <p>I have brought all this matter to Liberty... and they claim thei had nothing to do with it.</p> <p>it is funny because when i stared calling one of their consultent on the phone did admit that the debit order dates have been changed. and that I the client did not instruct anyone to make those changes.</p> <p>it is also funny because they would keep sending those debit orders from the18th untill the 25th...</p> <p>to my supprise they claim not to have the records of the bouncing debit orders...because the finaly get thier money on the 25th each month.</p> <p>I have went to the bank and drew all the proof necesory for them to see :1 Debit orders on wrong dates</p> <p>:2 chanrges for the unpaid transactions . they still claim it has something to do with Absa and not them.</p> <p> </p> <p>in all honesty premiums and the debit orders are the agreement between client and the company involved and not the bank.</p> <p> </p>
