Poor Customer Service and Attitude of Financial Advisor Arlene Overton

I have some accounts with Liberty and Stanlib and appointed Arlene Overton as my Financial Advisor, I ask her for advise from time to time but because I didn't take the advise or products she advised me on she has given me a bad attitude as though I am obligated to take her advise and as though she is doing me a favour and isn't being paid to do a job, On top of that she chose to give my accounts to another Advisor without even consulting me just because I didn't take the advise or products she advised me on, I am very appalled at this behaviour, her attitude is very unprofessional, if this is the kind of Advisors we are being given by Liberty it is very worrying
