Liberty finance absolutely useless

I put money into Liberty investments 2 years ago and this money has never grown since, to date the value of this money is less than the initial capital invested. In January this year I initiated the process to move my money from Liberty to Discover, and now it is 7 months later and still Liberty has not yet released the money to Discovery. I transferred money from Old Mutual to Discovery and that took a month. What an absolutely useless organisation Liberty is! I just want my money GONE from Liberty so that I can be rid of this company but still they hold onto my money - but they were very quick to take it, which was within a month - now 7 months and counting to get the money transferred from them!
