Liberty failing to pay a provident fund claim

After Resigning from my employer in October I submitted my provident fund claim. I called Liberty after 2 weeks and i was told they waiting for final contribution from my employer, My employer send me proof that last contribution was paid to Liberty on the 29th October and I then called Liberty I was told to give them 2 weeks I will have the funds deposited in my account. It did not materialize and I called them and was told funds will be in my account today the 4th December. They did not pay and when I call them the say I must give the another 5days without any explanation as to why? How long are they going to postponing? They received contributions from my employer without any hustles. Why must it be a struggle when it comes to claim stage? They don't communicate and the service is very terrible.
