Liberty fail to deliver

After 4 years of my 5 year policy with an unexpected loss of 0.5% I cancelled my policy to cut my losses. Cancellation procedure took about a week, then finally get told it will he paid out in 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. Looks as though I am the fool for believing what they say, either way they deserve a bad review
