Liberty Educational Plan ****mers

I have had educational policy with Liberty for my son for years now and given the uselessness of the so called “Financial Advisor” allocated to me called Phineas Letwaba and the overall terrible service I’ve received from Liberty I sent in a request to cancel the policy and God have I been waiting for two weeks and I am being pulled from pillar to post and they are blatantly refusing to pay back my money which I was supposed to use to enrol my son in a new school and reinvest a portion of it elsewhere.

I am at my wits end with these people and I just want my money so that I never ever have to deal with them ever again. My son is autistic and it has been soo difficult to find him a good school and he has been on various waiting lists for months and now that a space came up Liberty is holding me ransom with my own money that I contributed on a monthly basis to use as and when needed for school needs!!!!!

I am exhausted and really don’t know where to report these people for their ******* nonservice. I have been calling and speaking to call centre who know nothing and just useless. Their number is *** and 0)11 ***
