Liberty Education Builder - Broker Service

<p> I have contacted Liberty numerous times to change the portfolio of my Education policy that is losing more money than my premiums for 1.5 years. I was told the broker changed at least 5 times, had a visit from the broker's manager, received calls from the call centre to get someone to call me about two months ago, eventually someone watsapps me last week. I requested that I want the detail around this policy, balances, portfolio etc and a process to cancel and nothing has happened yet.</p>
