Liberty eccersize excuses

To Whom It May Concern my name is David de Beer I have some policies with Liberty Life. For numerous years I have been a keen payer of my policies but now that I need my policy not my agent Johan Swanepoel or his head office support a Mrs Unice is keen on assistance. I have a policy for occupational disability with Liberty for my wife as she is a Hairdresser by occupation it is sad to say I needed to utilize this policy and now excuses after excuses. They put my wife through so much trauma and I as I thought I would be assisted in proper Fashion as promised the day of purchase on policy. They send her upwards and down wards to doctors where the expenses is mine I even had to get previous medical records dating up to 2008 it seems that they are will fully prolonging this and financially I ham in the red please help.
