Liberty duck and dive

How long does it take to look up a life policy? On Monday, Liberty promised to send me beneficiary update form. It is now Sunday. Apparently life insurance was cancelled because this was a Medical Insurance Policy. Liberty did not provide a Medical Insurance Policy when I took this policy out.
