2 months to process a partial withdrawal from a preserver account. In addition charging a growth share deduction that was not clear on the agreement.

Takes 7 working days for an actuary to respond to a simply question. When i received the response, it was more unclear. They need lessons in English. The document stated i would be charged 4% i was charged 7% with no valid reason. I did not sign for this.
