Liberty doing ******* business

Hi, I was working for a financial advisor named Deon Vandeya, and his wife Faheema Vandeya as a call center agent booking appointments for the financial advisor for different insurance companies, but Deon made us employees take out a retirement plan saying that it's compulsory if we are working for his company. Then I stop working and the policy lapsed as I was unable to pay but liberty has black listed me. When I called to find out why they unable to give me a reason now this is affecting my credit rating. Please can someone assist me as to what I need to do. Do I get a lawyer for liberty as to my knowledge they are not allowed to black list anymore as we don't owe them money.
