Liberty doesn't upload Irp5 forms

I have been fighting with liberty for over a month now trying to get one form loaded from their side, I have made atleast 15 calls that you wait a good 10 to 15 minutes before you talk to anyone. Eventually I chatted to a supervisor that gave me false information, I then chatted to her manager who as it seems **** to me as well. The worst service and knowledge from a call Centre I have ever experienced. And as for my SARS forms I have no idea what to do anymore as I have 13 days to somehow get a comany that had no idea what they are doing to submit them. And this is all for an amount of R4050.09
