Liberty doesn’t live up to its values!!

Liberty Life has once again not failed to impact my life and experience with them... I have an invest account with them, when I signed up with Financial advisor Biyase Mhlonishwa he told me that I can start investing with them and I have two free withdrawals a year and when exceeding that I will be charged. In 2017 I have to wait for about 3 weeks for my withdrawal request to be processed and guess what in 2018 again I had to wait a full week and only after doing a follow up on my request I’m being told that now I have to surrender my full investment because the rules have changed!!! My opinion is that Liberty Life should even get a rating because rules were changed internally and not communicated to their clients! Only when we need help then we told that rules have been changed!!!!
