Liberty doesnt acknowledge my request to close policy, keeps on debiting me
They will be very happy to start a policy for you, but try to withdraw your funds and thats where they stop replying to you or even acknowledging you, yet, end of the month, the debit order still goes off your account. This is just theft, plain and simple! I will never use this ******* company ever again.

14 Apr 2020, 16:46Still time wasting.. Apparently, when you cancel a policy, you have to explicitly cancel a debit order too, makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Now, after a whole week, they decide that they cant find my documents even after being sent to the broker as well as their info email address more than a month ago! Absolutely useless
