Liberty does not want to make payment

I lodged a claim on behalf of my client more than 6 months ago and Liberty has not yet paid. The children of the deceased are here and have nothing to eat while they do not want to pay.

I would not advice anyone who wants to take up a policy with them to think twice. Your loved ones will struggle to get money from them.
