Liberty does not care about you or your family

If I could I wouldn't even rate this company. My father passed away at the end of January 2022 and I am still battling to receive the funeral payout from Liberty. I have sent them all the relevant documentation, emailed them on several occasions to follow-up but do not get a response, phoned several times only to be given the run around, and now nearly a month has gone by and now they are asking for more documentation that was never discussed. The funeral home refuses to have my father cremated until all outstanding money has been paid. I have forked out nearly R18000 of my own money, the balance is waiting on Liberty. I would never recommend Liberty to anyone, they do not care about you or your family.
