Liberty: Disgraceful

During November 2019 I made the decision to consolidate all my investments with a new FSP. The implication was that my RA which was held with Liberty would be moved to the new FSP - by that time I had already stopped making contributions to my RA.

To be clear, this was in November 2019. We are now in September 2020, 10 months later and Liberty had still not transferred the funds. I am following up with my new FSP on a regular basis and I am copied in on all email correspondence to Liberty, but Liberty does doen not respond. To me it is beyond comprehension that it can take this long to transfer funds. Absolutely disgraceful - I will never deal with Liberty again and I will discourage everyone I know from using their products.
