Liberty didn't submit my tax directive / ROT to SARS

SARS cannot process my 2019 tax return due to an outstanding tax directive from Liberty. I called Liberty and spoke with Tshiamo from the Corporate department and he advised that it's the directive for the provident fund that was transferred early last year (from Sanlam to Liberty by my previous employer). Call reference number ***9. Today is the deadline with SARS to submit personal tax returns and I now have a non-compliant tax status with SARS due to Liberty not submitting the tax directive to SARS!!!! I need this sorted today still - you have to reconcile your records with mine at SARS ASAP!!!!! So sick of always struggling with Liberty.
