Liberty delaying payment for no reasy

Good afternoon

I took out two investment products with liberty life on the 6th of January 2020 ,on the 9th of January I decided to cancel the policy.

I was within the 30 days cooling off period ,i had every right to cancel.I submitted all the relevant documents for my request to be processed i was then told that my money will be paid in two to three days..I have made many attempts to get why there’s a delay in processing my payment with no success,
