Liberty delay tactics
I have pulled out of my insurance with liberty because they have shown me that when it comes to claiming I will have a lot of difficulty and that is a stress you don't want when you have lost your loved one.
I have been trying to get my refund from them since December last year and they have been "Escalating" the matter since then.
I just want my money so that I never have to deal with their incompetence again as long as I live.

14 Feb 2022, 14:13No one in this company knows what is happening. They tell me that a payment was made on the 9 February and I should wait for 48 hours but now it’s 14 February and no payment has reached me. How long is 48 hours to these people?
