Liberty de*****ed me 10years of pension fund investment

I have been waiting for my pension fund payout for 3 months and after i received confirmation that the money will be paid out on the 25/08 i then call today 04/09 and i am told that the money has been transferred to Rex, i do not know wh Rex is and the instruction i sent was that the amount be paid to to me. Bongiwe and Lizo from KBC have been sending me from pillar to pos. I have been de*****ed 10years of my investment towards Liberty's pension fund.
