Liberty debt collectors

I have been paying a liberty since 2024 through a debt collector. i have not received a statement and the debt collector is rude and refuses to give me the balance and tells me she will tell me when im done. when i contact the relevant people at liberty refer me back to her. i need to know how much i have paid, i am very uncomfortable dealing with her. i have emails of threats from her when i ask for my proof of payments allocation and statement. i want this matter resolved, I know i am almost done with the payments, i want proof off all repayments to liberty
