Liberty Debits my Account with 6 Debits ********ly

On the 2nd of September Liberty put 7 Debit orders through my account. There wasn't enough funds for all the debit orders and now they refuse to refund my banking fees. I never gave permission for them to put the debit orders through and no one contacted me. When you call the call center - there is never answer, you are on hold for hours. This is ***** and I want my money back. And now I have 6 RD`s on my account. This is unacceptable and I need this issue resolved ASAP.
