Liberty debiting policies that I do not know about from January.

Liberty has been deducting 2 policies that I am not aware of...both policies have been deducting R300 each...and the people that are written in those policies I don't even know them...I have been calling and have even submitted all the documents but still I have not received any of my money back that was taken since January...the names of the people that I believed to have registered me in these policies are in Cape Town and I am only in Durban. Please assist me I am tired of Liberty.
