A policy was **********ly opened in my name and I reported the problem on the 1st week of October and it is November now and the account has not been closed and I also have not received my money …I have been calling them for over a month now and the last time I called(21 nov) they told me I have to wait for 5 more weeks as they are only processing the documentation now!
