Liberty couldn't be bothered...

So annoyed with Liberty, I am retrenched and according to Liberty the claim process for Provident Fund is supposed to take 10 working days. My last working date was the 30th of November. When I enquired in December I was told that the claim will be processed from the 2nd of January. Today I am told that payment will be made on the 28th. I feel that this is unfair because I need the funds for my kids' school essentials. Why mention the 10 working days if you know that you don't stick to it? Worse because there is no reasonable explanation for the delay! Not cool guys...really not cool. Maybe you have never had to deal with retrenchment, but allow me to tell you that it is very stressful and even worse when you don't have any money like me currently.
