LIBERTY CORPORATE - WITHDRAWAL CLAIM

Very unhappy with the service received from Liberty. My withdrawal claim was submitted to Liberty in early April 2024. It is now almost the end of May 2024 and I still have not received my payout and Liberty claims to process claims in 10 days? First it was documentation issues, then it was that my last contribution was not reflecting yet. After all that was sorted, I was PROMISED payout by the 17/05/2024. Still waiting LIBERTY!!!!!! I have been calling them daily and every time its a different excuse:

17/05/2024 - They were awaiting approval for the payout from their QC department 20/05/2024 - They were experiencing IT issues with the transfer of the funds into my bank account. They would advise me by the end of day by SMS (which I requested). Guess what? NO SMS!!!!!! 21/05/2024 - They are awaiting approval for the payment into my bank account. Asked to speak to a manager, Guess what? The manager is conveniently in a meeting.
