Liberty (Corporate) Pention fund close and pay out takes more then 2 years and not finalised.

<p>I have a restaurant and wanted to to give my employees a Pension type fund. I decided on Liber8 a product of Liberty. The management of the fund was poor as they neglected to run the debit order every month. I assisted to do a recon for them and this lead to a once off debit that I did not agree to. To make things worse they deducted the funds twice. I soon after decided to move the fund from them to a different supplier.</p> <p>This is where the real issues started. I cant get my peoples funds payed out. There always seems to be one more form that needs to be filled in and one more person that needs to sign off on the documents and so on. I sent my original cancellation letter on 20/10/2014 in 4 days time it will be 2 years since I started the process. I have waited, phoned and followed up numerous times without any success. One of my employees passed away in the time and will never be able to get what They owed her. I would urge people to think twice before using liberty products.</p>
