Liberty Corporate No Response

All my documents was submitted more than a week ago by my employer, to date I haven't received even a case number, I sent a follow-up email on Wednesday requesting to confirm whether or not everything has been received and again, no response, no case number... Nothing. I don't think you understand the urgency of this matter
