LIBERTY CORPORATE - CLAIM WITHDRAWEL

I can't express my disappointment in Liberty. On their website, they brag, "The board has committed to providing a response to the objection within 5 working days, and payment within 15 working days. WHO DID YOU COMMIT TO ? Definitely NOT the people who's money you've got. AND I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE BOARD !!!! I submitted my claim on the 8th of May 2024. Was told payment would be on the 17th. Today is the 22nd, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone that knows what's going on. Even the complaints department does not know what is going on. E-mails are being read, and IGNORED !!!! The complaints number on your documents, DOES NOT EXIST....... False information !!!!! I suppose just so we can't complain. Even the Government offices are better than Liberty in responses and feedback. Quick to take your money, but when it's time to give back, you have to beg !!!
