Liberty commended for coming thru in the end

I recently had a claim on my policy *** which took almost a year. It took Liberty 3 reviews but they eventually paid out and did the right thing. The process is still blurry and needs looking at because only on the third instance was it referred to a panel. But in then they came thru and have to be commended.
