Liberty claims department useless

FA Zore - Policy number ***. Liberty death claims department had all outstanding requirement for a month now, after corresponding with them for more than 9 months since the death of my client. Today I did another follow up, but no feedback. You can't phone the persons in claims because they think they are GODS, you can only correspond through email and the Liberty Service desk. Amount R25 000, bad bad service from ATLAGANG in claims. ref number ***
