LIBERTY CLAIM MAILED - NO FEED BACK FROM LIBERTY

Send a claim form to Liberty on the 26th April 2023, received the automated mail with the comment that I will be contacted within 72 hours, today 8th May 2023 and no one from Liberty has contacted me. Tried to phone, but after holding on for about +- 30 minutes I gave up listening to their message. Reading the reviews on the site it looks like the only service the public gets from Liberty is no service at all.
