Liberty Caught By COVID19 Bug!!!

I've never had such a BAD EXPERIENCE before!!! Payment for my investment policy with Liberty through debit order has been going off my bank account on a daily basis since 25th Aug for different amounts. Surely there should be someone monitoring the system to ensure accurate processes but clearly not so, and one can explain why. This is ridiculous for such a thing to happen and an unnecessary inconvenience on me as a client. It's highly unacceptable, I'm cancelling this policy and never ever using Liberty again. Mary
